A free consultation is included to discuss your dog’s needs, style preferences, and temperament.
Bring photos if you have a preferred style.
You must disclose any previous aggression or nervousness at groomers.

All sessions are 1-to-1, ensuring a calm environment.
Usual duration: Anywhere between 1–3.5 hours, depending on the service. Discussed at start of appointment.
You’ll get a 15-minute notice before pick-up time.

Arriving more than 5 minutes early may mean you have to wait.
More than 15 minutes late = no-show, full fee charged, and rescheduling required.
Late pick-ups: £5 per 5 minutes after the 15-minute grace period.

48+ hours notice: no charge.
24-48 hours: half fee charged.
Less than 24 hours / no-show: full fee charged.
Payment of any outstanding fees required before rebooking.

Quoted prices assume:
Coat is well-maintained and free of mats/tangles.
Dog behaves well and fits breed standards for size.
Additional charges may apply for nervous/timid dogs needing extra time.

Minor mat removal is included as part f the grooming service. However, if your dog's coat is severely matted, I am required under the Animal Welfare Act to remove the coat (partially or fully) if this is necessary to prevent pain or suffering.
A dematting surcharge of £15 per 30 minutes will apply due to the extra time, care, and tool wear involved.

Do not bring dogs that are ill or infested (fleas, mites, etc).
Owner must handle flea treatment; salon will charge extra for deep cleaning if fleas are found.
Ticks will be removed and reported.
Dogs in season should have their appointment rescheduled.

Groomer will discuss any health or grooming issues.
Feedback welcome within 24 hours if you’re not satisfied.
Photos may be used on social media unless you opt out.
